3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item arrives safely.

4. Processing Your Exchange: Once we receive the returned t-shirt and verify its condition, we will process your exchange and send your new t-shirt at no additional cost.

5. Final Decisions: Kush Kollege reserves the right to deny any exchange if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
